Use the “Sign Up” button to create a user account with the required information.  welcome message will be sent to your email address. 

In the email sent to you, click on the password link to create your password. A password  change confirmation message will be sent to your email address. 

If you cannot find the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk mail folder. 

You will use your email address and password to log in to the learning portal to access all the  learning courses. 

Yes. Users without a login account can view the course description but cannot access the course content. You will need to create a login account to begin any course. 

To log in to the portal, click on the “Login” button on the Main Menu and log in using your email address (the one that you used to create your account) and password. Upon logging in, you will be directed to your “My Account” page. 

To log out, click on the “Logout” button at the bottom of the “My Account” page.

On the Login page, click  “Lost your password?” and enter your email address to request for a  password reset. You will receive a Password Reset email to change your password. Click on  the link in the email to reset your password.  

If you cannot find the email in your Inbox, please check your Spam or Junk mail folder. 

On the “My Account” page, you can click on the “Edit Profile” link to update your account  information. You will be able to change your First Name, Last Name and Password here.  

You can click on the site logo, “Smart Nation Ambassador Learning Portal” on the top left hand corner of the portal to return to the Home page.
