202c Understanding Persons with Physical Disabilities

Course Description

This e-learning course is targeted at volunteers or would be volunteers who will be involved in working with Persons with Physical Disabilities. It introduces learners to the different types of physical disabilities, and in particular, the characteristics of persons with these disabilities. Through the e-learning course, learners will be able to state the common conditions of Persons with Physical Disabilities as well as the appropriate strategies to interact with them. 

Learning Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the course, the learner will be able to :

• Describe the characteristics of Persons with Physical Disabilities.
• State the common conditions of Persons with Physical Disabilities
• Use appropriate strategies to interact with Persons with Physical Disabilities
